Ihr Recht auf Widerruf
Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder eine von Ihnen benannte dritte Person, die nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen hat.

Besonderheit bei QR-Code-Produkten und Klebefolien
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Widerrufsrecht erlischt, sobald der QR-Code (Seelenstern) des Produkts gescannt wurde oder die Klebefolie einmal abgezogen wurde. Durch diese Handlungen wird die Ware personalisiert oder verändert, wodurch das Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen ist.

A timely submission of your cancellation declaration before the expiry of the cancellation period is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of the cancellationAfter your cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a delivery method you chose that is more expensive than the standard delivery offered by us), as soon as we have received the goods back or you provide proof of the return, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or receive proof of the return.For this refund, we use the same payment method as for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged to you.

The return of the goods must be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the costs of the return. You are only liable for a loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and whose production requires an individual choice or specification by you or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. The right of withdrawal is also excluded for sealed goods for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.
